Keep up with the Sizzling Summer Challenge

The weather is finally proving that summer is well and truly here.  Hopefully, you’ve tried out a few of our challenge activities.  Here are this week’s suggestions.

Go fishing or hiking with your family or friend. Picture1

Start a collection (rocks, shells, stamps, stickers). Seashells

Play cribbage, chess, backgammon or bridge.Chess

Help cook a healthy meal for dinner.Food

Drink 8 cups of water a day. Water
