Just about 4 months after Mrs. Forney’s 4th-grade class took a trip to the high school to help plant seedlings, this year’s class returned to harvest the fruits, and vegetables, of that group’s labor.
Mrs. Forney’s class helped the greenhouse club pick 50lbs of vegetables last Wednesday. “We picked onions, carrots, peppers, basil, tomatoes, green beans, and yellow beans,” said MHS Greenhouse Club coach Beth Prelgovish. “We had a great time!”
