Last week the RSU 18 Wellness Team introduced the Spring Wellness Passport for all district employees. The passport is designed to encourage employees “to take part in the On-Life [program] offerings and try new wellness activities.”
Employees need to document activities that they participate in between last week’s launch and the end of the program on May 12th. They can turn in their passport to a member of the wellness team once they have completed at least 16 items.
The items include doing 150 minutes of mind/body exercise a week, completing On-Life courses in topics such as stress management and improving nutrition, or running in the George Khol 5K or another road race.
Anyone that submits their passport will get a certificate of completion and a t-shirt and will be entered into a drawing for prizes at the end of the program. Encourage any RSU 18 employees in your life to take part!
