The Kindergarten students at JHB participated in a creative movement and imaginative play activity making a “Wild Rumpus”! They used their paper bag puppets inspired by Maurice Sendak’s Where the Wild Things Are!. Mrs. Roberts, the art teacher, added a few new events to the play by having the “Wild Things” come back to Max’s room and have supper with him, enjoying imaginary fried chicken and dessert before parting in Max’s private boat and returning to the island of “Where the Wild Things Are.”
