WES Student on MDOE Student Cabinet

Williams fourth-grader, Cecilia Bromberg, has been invited to join the first-ever Student Cabinet at the Maine DOE. She was chosen to represent Kennebec County (one of two students county-wide) out of over 300 applications submitted. Only 33 students statewide from grades 4-12 (and one first-year college student) were invited. One of the reasons that Cecilia’s mother feels Cecilia’s application was chosen was because Cecilia talked about her involvement with the kindness counts initiative at Williams.

Cecilia was so excited when MDOE called. She is really proud to represent RSU 18 and to share all of the great successes from our district with MDOE and kids from the rest of the state.
