We are working to perform an upgrade to our phone system that will help our employees work remotely. This upgrade will add features giving us the ability to sign into a “soft phone” so people working from home can receive in-district calls, or calls routed through our automated attendant.
Phase one of the upgrade is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, March 25th. The district phones will be down for 1-2 hours to complete this step. Another update will be performed next week for phase two.
