Mindful schools has recorded 10 free, 1/2 hour, online mindfulness classes for kids.
Practicing mindfulness offers a wide range of research-based benefits including stress reduction and improvements in focus and emotional regulation. It can be particularly helpful during challenging times such as these.
These courses are designed for students in K-5 but can be beneficial for all ages, including parents and grandparents!
Experienced teachers from the Mindful Schools Training Team lead students through fun interactive activities including mindful breathing and mindful movement exercises. It also gives students (and parents) a restful break from the day-to-day.
