Helpful Tips and Distractions for the Week of June 21st

I hope everyone had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend. I just wanted to share a few more ideas and upcoming virtual events to check out over the next couple of weeks.  Stay cool and stay safe!

The Maine Wildlife Park has a great series of virtual events.  Check them all out here.

You can still join EcoMaine for a Virtual Tour. Follow the link to see all their event dates.

Sign your 8-12-year-old up to play a virtual game of Scattergories with Tween Scene Game Time through Lithgow Library. Contact the library to sign up and get a Zoom link – either call and ask for Kathy in Youth Services; email kids@lithgowlibrary.org; or go to the Lithgow Library Web Page and register online at http://lithgow.lib.me.us/?page_id=4376

If you have the opportunity to get out on the Maine Coast, check out the Maine Island Trail Association.  They even have an app that can introduce you to hundreds of trails and campsites on the mainland and on Maine islands.
