Mrs. Paisley-Hopper’s fifth-grade class received over $400 in new supplies, thanks to a generously-funded Donors Choose project. Students now have individual S.T.E.A.M. boxes that they’ll be able to use for a range of activities related to science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Some of their new supplies include Brainflakes, STEM Engineering Construction blocks, Legos, colored pencils, embroidery floss, and dry erase marker boards. They were excited to dive into their first “Design It, Build It” challenge this week!
