Mrs. Wight’s and Mrs. Dunbar’s second grade class read “The Best Part of Me” by Wendy Ewald. The book is composed of different poems from children who wrote about the “best part of them.” Our students then took their turn!
Students chose the best part of them and then wrote why it was the best part of them. Students did a really great job explaining what the best part of them was and why! Some even added detail about what would happen if they didn’t have that part! Look at the amazing detail and all the different parts that students came up with!!!
