Mrs. Phair’s 2nd grade class became a proud adoptive family of a dairy calf named Cremebrulee through the Discover Dairy program.
Throughout this school year, our class has learned how a dairy farm operates and how a calf grows and develops. This month we participated in a zoom with the owner of Cremebrulee, Farmer Nate, to see our calf “live”.
It has been an amazing experience and we have learned how important farming is for our community!
