Atwood Primary’s morning and afternoon Pre-K has been fortunate to have music class this year with Mrs. Paradis – who travels over from the James Bean School in Sidney to teach them each Tuesday! Mrs. Paradis keeps the children engaged with a variety of movement activities and is teaching these young students about rhythms and keeping the beat. She often brings props for each child to use and has shown the children different instruments. Mrs. Paradis incorporates all content areas into her weekly music sessions with the students as the songs and chants she teaches the classes often include math, science, and social studies facts! The four and five year olds at Atwood love music class with Mrs. Paradis and look forward to this time each week! #AtwoodAwesome #WeAreRSU18
