Students in Mrs. Gledhill’s third grade class at China Primary School have been learning about weather hazards and ways to prepare. They have been working through Mystery Science lessons exploring the water cycle, predicting weather by looking at the clouds, and examining the climates of different regions of the world. In their experiment, students had to design a house that could withstand high winds. After their initial design, third graders could then make modifications to strengthen their houses.
