Mrs. Dutil’s and Mrs. Doyon’s classes at the James H. Bean School teamed up to plan some fun activities. Mrs. Doyon organized a S.T.E.M activity for both classes to complete. Students were challenged to build a home for their marshmallow Peep using toothpicks and jelly beans. Mrs. Dutil had created an egg hunt activity. Once the students ran around outside and found all the egg pieces, they had to solve multiplication number sentences that were on half of the eggs. After, they had to find the product on the other piece of the egg that matched. Lots of learning and fun was had by all participants! #WeAreRSU18
