Belgrade Central students in Mrs. Vincent’s first grade class took their math learning to the next level by engaging in a hands-on game called Bunny Hop. Bunny Hop is a game from the Everyday Math curriculum that had students using a number line as a tool to add and subtract. Practicing addition and subtraction problems using a number line is a precursor to developing mental math skills.
