During the week leading up to the big game, the James H. Bean School held their very own “Soup”er Bowl! Students and staff were encouraged to bring in non-perishable food and personal care items to benefit the Sidney Food Bank. As items were brought in, students placed them in the shopping cart of the team they hoped would win the Super Bowl. After a week-long battle, the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Kansas City Chiefs by a score of 433 to 207. The JHB community was able to donate 640 items to the Sidney Food Bank. Way to go JHB! A special thanks to Hannaford Supermarket for allowing the school to borrow shopping carts. #WeAreRSU18 #JHBdragons
