JHB Teacher Receives Award for Teaching Excellence

Congratulations to JHB’s very own Luanne Phair as she is a recipient of the California Casualty Awards for Teaching Excellence.

Luanne was nominated by the MEA as a way to recognize her instructional expertise, advocacy for the teaching profession and students, community engagement, attention to diversity, and leadership in professional development. She will receive a gift of $150 toward school supplies from California Casualty, the NEA Auto and Home Insurance Program.
