The holidays are a busy time. It’s very important that your family get enough sleep to be able to enjoy the holidays and school vacation.

  • Ages 3-5       10 – 13 hours
  • Ages 6 – 12    9 hours
  • Teenagers      8-10 hours
  • Adults            7-9 hours

  • Be Realistic with your plans
  • Try to keep a consistent sleep schedule
  • Avoid Caffeine products after lunch
  • Avoid large meals before bed
  •  Make Time to relax
