This is a reminder that the ShineOnCass Junior Service Award is accepting responses until May 10th. Anyone is able to nominate a junior including students and parents.
Messalonskee High School’s ShineOnCass Junior Service Award is presented annually to a JUNIOR at MHS who best emulates Cassidy Charette’s genuine kindness, exceptional service in her community and compassion and selfless concern for others. The student(s) selected has/have demonstrated truly extraordinary service, going above and beyond completion of service hour requirements. All students in the Junior Class are eligible to receive the award. Candidates may be nominated by a parent, teacher, school counselor, community organization, or apply themselves.
“ShineOnCass” recipient will receive a monetary gift from the ShineOnCass Foundation to be used at their discretion to extend kindness and service. Honorable mention recipients will be recognized.
The deadline for application is Monday, May 10, 2021.
