On behalf of all of the students and staff in RSU 18, we would like to publicly thank Mr. Jeff Sheive who will be stepping down from his role as Director of Facilities and Maintenance as of June 30, 2021. Mr. Sheive will continue working for RSU18 as a dedicated and loyal employee as he has for the last 43 years.
In his role of Director of Facilities and Maintenance since 2003, Mr. Sheive’s prominent focus throughout his years of service has been the safety of students and staff while overseeing construction projects, the remodeling of educational spaces, and providing the utmost care to our 575,000 square feet of facilities. We appreciate your continued dedication to our district.
We would like to Congratulate Daniel (Dan) Casey who will be assuming the role of Director of Facilities and Maintenance beginning July 1, 2021. Mr. Casey joined the district in July of 1999 and has served our district in a variety of capacities including most recently as the custodial supervisor for RSU18. We are excited to welcome Mr. Casey to his new role.
