Students in Ms. Hanson’s and Ms. Randall’s classrooms at Belgrade Central were surrounded in snow! They have integrated math, writing, reading, and STEM projects to learn about how snow forms, about winter weather, and about snowflakes. Students made snow storms in a jar, crafted snow globes, designed snowflakes, and cut out winter landscapes. They did all this while practicing the academic skills of writing narratives, letter sounds, number recognition, sequencing, counting, adding, and tallying. #WeAreRSU18
