Recently, kindergarten, first, and second grade students at Belgrade Central School enjoyed their first in-person author visit in two years with the amazing Lynn Plourde! Each grade level session was full of smiles and laughter as Lynn used her energetic personality to read her books and talk with students about multiple writing strategies. Lynn shared her books as examples of how to use strategies like creating patterns, and encouraged students to find them in other books they read as well. Students and staff look forward to having Lynn Plourde back in the future. Mrs. Daniels, the school librarian, would like to thank The Stevens Fund for providing great opportunities like these for the students at Belgrade Central. #WeAreRSU18
