September 15th was International Dot Day! The third graders at China Primary School were able to read the book The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds and try some dot-centric activities. Mrs. Babson’s class used index cards and dot stickers to build towers together. They learned about pointillism, practiced using a growth mindset to make changes to their art, and were able to use candy dots and toothpicks to build 3D geometric shapes. Principal Moody even came by to see what all the fuss was about!
