At Belgrade Central, the kindergarten students in Ms. A’s and Mrs. Potts’ class recently followed a guided drawing lesson integrating math and art skills. Students learned that using shapes helps to be able to draw different objects. The kindergarteners had fun drawing a house and adding details to it as well as trying some of their own ideas. Using shapes helped them to be successful with their own ideas!
