Calling all readers! It’s that time of year where we once again share some of our favorite seasonal stories to promote literacy, creativity, and a love for reading! During the next few weeks, our district staff will be sharing some of their favorite autumn tales!
This week join second grade teacher, Mrs. Swahn, of China Primary School as she shares Amanda Noll’s story, Hey, That’s My Monster!
Students, next week we are giving away one copy of Hey, That’s My Monster! Parents, to have your child entered in the drawing, reply to the Hey, That’s My Monster! Facebook post or email communications@rsu18.org with a photo of the monster puppet your child created after listening to the story. As always, please reach out to your child’s school if he/she is in need of monster building materials to participate at home.
