During the month of October, JMG took the lead in collecting new pairs of socks for the Socktober Sock Drive. Students in JMG at CMS made posters, flyers, and collection boxes that were hosted at CMS, Messalonskee Middle School, Erskine Academy, and Bar Harbor Bank and Trust in China. The Maine Children’s Home Christmas Program is the recipient of the donated socks. In total, 600 pairs of socks were collected.
