The Williams Elementary School student council is in its first few months; however, they have certainly hit the ground running! This amazing group led by Brynn Charest, Kahlie Desrosiers, Maggie Solis, and Melanie Smith is focusing on empathy and sharing love with others. The classroom student council representatives will be sharing a few videos and facilitating a discussion with their classmates about the meaning of empathy, how empathy helps others, and how we can show empathy to others in our school. The WES student council also distributed Valentine cards to every student and staff member in the building… these cards included an affirmation and a heart chocolate!
