The Solis Squad did their annual pumpkin pie baking last Monday as their November Kinder Kindness Project! They baked 40 pumpkin pies to donate to the community dinner held at Messalonskee High School! Mrs. Solis and her mom were so happy to be able to continue this tradition despite these uncertain times. Mrs. Solis says, “It’s always such a fun experience for students to take part in and I could not be more proud! A big thank you to the Kiwanis Club of Greater Waterville for supporting this event, and to my mom for always doing this with me. We look forward to doing this each year together and sharing the experience with students. Also a huge thank you to our Atwood Awesome kitchen staff for always allowing us to use the ovens and space!
